What Wallpaper sizes are available?

We have different roll sizes for our European Wallpapers. Custom Wallmurals size options are also available. For Custom wallmurals, you pick the size based on the size of your wall and decide whether you want it to fit the entire wall or a portion of the wall. Wallpapers are printed-on-demand based on your size preference.

Give details on Minimum and Maximum size available for a Custom Order?

Minimum size accepted of custom wallmural is 6 Sq. Mtrs. There’s no Maximum size limitation. We do accept very large orders.

What happens if the wallpaper I ordered is out of stock?

We have a Print-on-demand arrangement for Custom Wallmurals and for Branded Designer Wallpapers, the stock is checked with the company once the order is confirmed. In case there’s a shortage of stock we can suggest some workarounds that match your specifications. You may need to get in touch with us for the same on our helpline numbers or via support email.

I have placed a Wallpaper order. How do I check the status of my order?

You can simply log on to our website. Sign into your account created and check order details and status. You would also get an email with all the information and the shipping details.

Can you expedite my order?

Our Wallpapers are usually shipped in 2 – 3 weeks after the order is confirmed. You will be required to get in touch with our consultants in case you wish to accelerate the order process.

I wish to personalize a certain image/artwork from your website? How do I go about it?

I really liked certain wallpaper but it doesn’t match my size specs. Could I customize it and would that incur extra charges?

We work to deliver 100% customer delight. You can easily customize the size of the wallmural to suit your requirement. You need to check our Custom Size options, fill up the details and place the order. We do not charge additionally for Custom Size Wallpapers. We also do Custom Designing of the image of the Wallmural at nominal costs.

I have an image in mind but I cannot find it on the website?

Can I cancel an order that has been placed?

We only take orders that are unique and processed keeping in mind the customer’s specifications; we do not take any requests to cancel orders, once the payment has been made.

I like a wallpaper however not too sure of the color combination. Can it be changed?

Yes, we do an order customization as well and can adjust the colors in an image to suit your liking. Based on your specifications we can alter the colors to match and fit in your current scheme.

Do I need to use a specific camera for clicking pictures that can be enhanced on wallpaper?

We strongly recommend using an image/ artwork that is taken using a digital camera larger than 12 Mega Pixels. 

What Image formats do you accept?

We offer you an assortment of options for own image wallpapers.  You can send an image file in .jpg, .tif, .png, .eps, .psd, .psb, .ai, and .pdf formats. We recommend high resolution images (200dpi or more) for sharper and grander images.

Is there a minimum or maximum image size specification to be adhered to?

We recommend using an image that is taken using a digital camera more than 12 Mega Pixels. A small image may not give best results when scanned into a superior pixel-perfect quality to expand onto the wallpaper.

I need to see a preview of the image I have chosen for Own Image Wallpaper, is that possible?

Upload your own image using any of the free upload service such as Dropbox, Google Drive or www.wetransfer.com. Our technical team will assess the image quality and will acquaint you before you place the order to get the same printed on wallmural. You can also mail us the image and we can provide you the exact quote and mock up of the Wallpaper.

How do I ensure that the chosen image has a powerful resolution and would look good when enlarged on wallpaper?

Just call or mail us. We will help you decide whether your image can be enhanced on your wallpaper. Do check out our ‘Use Your Own Image’ section to get more information on the same.

While choosing an image from the web, do I need to understand the ‘Copyright’ clauses?

We strongly recommend that you possess the copyright to your image or seek permit on images which have copyright clauses. We may reject an image if it violates Copyright laws. Any legalities or violations against copyright laws for an image is the customer’s responsibility if providing their own image.
